What is your make-up policy?
Because of our strict student-to-teacher ratio, make ups will only be honored if our office receives notice of absence 24 hours prior to a missed class. Please contact our office via email ([email protected]) for additional information regarding scheduling a make up. Make ups are limited to one per enrollment per session.

can you add my child to the class?
We maintain strict instructor to student ratios to ensure the safety of our students. If the class is full, we can add you to the waitlist but we can not enroll your child in the class. We do our best to accommodate waitlist enrollments, but make no promises.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
We do not offer sibling discounts, but we do offer a 10% discount if the same child is registered for two classes within the same session.
What should my child wear to class?
Students should wear clothing that can be comfortably moved in (leotard, shorts, t-shirts, etc). Loose fitting clothing (skirts, tutus, etc) should not be worn. Hair should be neatly pulled back for the duration of the class. If your child has short hair, please pull back the top portion.
What are your weather cancellation policies?
We do not follow local school closings. Closing due to inclement weather will be made on a case by case basis by the NOG staff. In the event of closing, you will receive an email notice and your class will be made up at a later date.
What are your covid-19 policies?
At this time, the rec center requires masks for any unvaccinated adult. Students are not mandated to wear masks, as they are participating in physical activity, but you are welcome to have your child wear a mask during class. We will continue to monitor rec center, local and state policies, implementing any changes as needed.
Which class should i register my child for?
Our preschool and ninja programming is age-based. Please register your child for the age appropriate class. Our recreational program is skill based. Students will move up as they achieve the appropriate skills. Most students start in the Beginner class. If you are unsure which class to register your child for, please contact our office to schedule an evaluation.
Can i register my child mid-session?
Students may be registered mid-session through iClassPro. Tuition will be automatically prorated to account for missed classes.
Is there a parent observation area?
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay and watch their child’s class. Please refrain from communicating with your child during class. It can be very difficult for them to listen to their parent and instructor at the same time and can create additional distractions.
What are your open gym policies? is registration required?
We offer preschool open gym for students ages walking to 6. Parent participation is REQUIRED. Recreational open gym is offered for students ages 6 and up. For the safety of our students, we are very strict on these age requirements and will only allow students to participate in their age appropriate open gym.
Registration is not required for open gym. Drop in fees can be paid at the front desk.

How do i register my child for a class?
All registration is done through iClassPro. Please contact our office should you have any issues.
Can i attend other days/times?
Once registered, your child may only attend the class day and time they are registered for.
My child's class says parent participation required.
what does this mean?
Parent participation is required for all of our toddler classes and preschool open gyms. This means it is a parent guided class. Circuits and activities will be set up throughout the gym for you and your child to explore together. You must remain engaged and within arms reach of your child for the duration of the class.
Can i apply the 10% discount to camps or clinics?
The 10% discount may only be applied to classes run during our 6 week sessions.
Can i use the 10% discount for my other child?
The 10% discount can only be applied if the same child is registered for two classes within the same session.
