anniversary fee

All students will be charged a $40 non-refundable anniversary fee upon class or team registration. This fee will be charged annually until your child is no longer an active participant in the program.

Make up policy

Tuition is never prorated for missed or dropped classes. Because of our strict student-to-teacher ratio, make-ups will only be honored if our office receives notice of absence 24 hours prior to a missed class. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance and are subject to current class availability. Make-up classes are to be scheduled in the same month that the class is missed. Make-up classes are to be used by the student who missed the class and can not be transferred to other students. Limit one per month. Please contact our office via email ([email protected]) for additional information regarding scheduling a make-up.

What to wear

Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the duration of the class. Your child should wear tightly fitted clothing. Items such as skirts, dresses and tutus can get caught on equipment. No chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Socks are optional.

Arrival and Pick up

Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to the car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that many of our students are young children. Please drive slowly and carefully.

Late pick up policy

Please pick your child up on time. After 10 minutes, you will be charged $1 for each additional minute of late pick up. This fee will be added to your iClassPro account. Payment is required before returning to any gymnastics programming.
